Preservation Virginia's Revolving Fund Program's Historic Property for Sale web page is now available to individual homeowners, non-profit organizations and real estate agents for advertising.

Started in 1989 by the Virginia General Assembly, the Revolving Fund Program is dedicated to saving endangered historic properties across Virginia from demolition and severe neglect. Viewers to the Historic Property for Sale section on the Revolving Fund Program's webpage of Preservation Virginia's website appreciate older properties and are specifically interested in historic buildings and structures.

All properties advertised must be 50 years old or older.

Fees for advertising:

• Ad Rate: $99.00 (three photos max, can substitute floor plan for one photo)
• Additional Photos: $10.00 each
• Scanning Charges: $10.00 (if unable to email photos)
• Note: Endangered historic properties, those threatened with demolition, are FREE. However, additional charges listed below apply after advertisement has been uploaded to the website.

Additional charges once advertisement has been uploaded to the website:

• Price change: $10.00 per occurrence
• Description, Contact information, and/or photo changes: $20.00 per occurrence

Preservation Virginia members receive a 10% discount on advertisements. Please make sure you indicate you are a member on the Advertising Contract to receive the discount. Membership status will be verified with our membership office.

Ads will be uploaded to the Historic Property for Sale section on the Revolving Fund Program page of Preservation Virginia's website within 2 weeks from receipt of information to Preservation Virginia's offices. Please note, all payments must clear before advertisements are uploaded.

All advertisements will remain on the webpage until the property sells or for one year whichever comes first. All advertisers commit to notifying Preservation Virginia as soon as the property sells.

1. Print and fill out the Preservation Virginia Website Advertising Contract. Mail, fax or email completed contract to:

2. Email a description of the property to scooleen@preservationvirginia.org. Please put Website Advertisement in the subject line. Don't forget to include all historic designations, protective covenant or easement information as requested on the Advertising Contract. Preservation Virginia reserves the right to edit material for publication on website. The Revolving Fund Program Manager will notify you with the final cost for your advertisement.
